Recruitment fee 

1.There will be no charge required until the final hiring decision. The interview costs are free, however you will be charged a success fee if and when you decide to hire. (There is no charge if the interview does not lead to employment)
2.If a hired person leaves the company within the contract agreements, a part of the costs will be refunded.
